Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing: relax@forestrise.com.au.
LOW SEASON
If guest cancels prior to 7 days of the arrival date – FULL refund given
If guest cancels within 7 days prior to the arrival 1st night value is charged as cancellation fee
HIGH SEASON
If guest cancels prior to 14 days of the arrival date – FULL refund given
If guest cancels within 14 days prior to the arrival HALF total booking value is charged as cancellation fee
CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR PERIOD (20th December – 10th January)
If guest cancels prior to 1 month of the arrival date – FULL refund given
If guest cancels less than 1 month prior to the arrival HALF total booking value is charged.
If guest cancels less than 14 days prior to arrival date; NO refund is given.

Our returning loyal guests can enjoy 10% off their stay! Note this offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, public holidays or the Christmas & New Year period and subject to availability.
When is My Credit Card Charged?
NO DEPOSIT is taken upon making your reservation, although credit card details are required to guarantee your booking.

Low Season: Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival

High Season: Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival

Peak Season (20 December – 10 January): Full payment is due 1 month prior to arrival
If your credit card is declined during the booking process, your reservation will not be confirmed or added to our system.

What Payment Options Do We Accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & offer a Bank Transfer option. Details will be emailed to you prior to your payment due date. Flexible Payment Options are available, ask our friendly team!
